“Forest Grove Methodist Protestant Church exists to be a lighthouse rooted in the love of God, growing in grace and shining Christ’s light so that others may be drawn to Him.”
Our mission is to be this lighthouse that guides the lost to Christ while warning of impending danger. For the lost soul, that danger is an eternity separated from God.
Jesus said in Matthew 5:14, "Ye are the light of the world." Later He said, "Let your light so shine before men...."
This directive is for all Christians. This is both our mission and vision at Forest Grove. “We envision Forest Grove becoming a trusted lighthouse in our community—welcoming the lost, walking alongside the hurting and in need of restoration, and serving our neighbors by pointing all people to Christ.”

Welcome to Forest Grove's web site. We serve an amazing God. Here at Forest Grove, we believe that loving God is the primary duty of the Christian. Growing in Grace is one way we are able to accomplish this. This then enables us to Complete the Commission given to us by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
